Hi, I’m Terri.

Baking has always been my happy place. When I discovered I was gluten intolerant in 2014, I was determined not to give up the cookies I loved. As I began creating gluten-free versions of my favorite recipes, we soon realized that two of our children were navigating the same challenge. What started as a way to bring beloved treats back to our own kitchen quickly grew into a passion for baking gluten-free cookies that everyone can enjoy.
